At Isidore Leroy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your wall decor. If your order does not meet your expectations, you may return unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the wallpaper in its original protective tubing and shipping box to ensure the delicate rolls are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to the exterior of the package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
